Background

Memfault, a leading IoT reliability platform, has significantly expanded in recent years with the launch of new products and features. Throughout this growth, Memfault has frequently called upon Sunup to support various product marketing initiatives. The following campaigns showcase our ongoing partnership with Memfault while demonstrating how we balance brand consistency with individual product differentiation.

Campaign 01

Our partnership with Memfault began with the launch of Device Vitals, setting the foundation for future collaborations. Device Vitals is Memfault’s solution for monitoring IoT device health, providing real-time insights into device stability, connectivity and battery life. For this launch, we developed a comprehensive visual system, featuring a distinctive purple palette, that includes a secondary logo and 3D graphic style that represents the product’s capabilities. This campaign identity was then extended across multiple channels, including social media, email, blog articles and webinars.

Campaign 02

Building on the success of the Device Vitals campaign, our partnership with Memfault continued with the launch of Product Analytics. This new offering helps IoT professionals understand device fleets, even when disconnected. Following the sub-brand system established with Device Vitals, we created a unique logo and color palette for Product Analytics, this time using a fresh green theme. The logo’s shape underscores the platform’s dialogue with customers while nodding to the product’s reporting capabilities.

Campaign 03

In our most recent collaboration, Memfault introduced Log Management and Analytics. This feature transforms embedded device logs into powerful, fleet-wide insights, addressing the challenges of limited visibility and time-consuming investigations in embedded development. Continuing the sub-brand system, we created product mockups in the same 3D visual style, this time incorporating a vibrant orange palette that distinguishes this crucial debugging tool within Memfault’s expanding product line.
